***SEVERAL JOBS AVAILABLE WITH DIFFERENT START/FINISH TIMES*** Agnew Transport is a well-known company in the Hastings area that strives to achieve the best outcome for both staff and clients. It is a medium size private company that has the motto “big enough to deliver, small enough to care” Our yard is in Whakatu which is so central to Hastings and Napier - you can get to work and park your car with ease, at no cost! We are very much part of the Hawkes Bay harvest season, carting a range of fresh produce. To accommodate this, we have flatdeck/curtainsider and tipper units, so we can discuss with you what type of unit you prefer. Besides fresh produce, we also cart other products including metal, fertilizer and general freight which may sound more like you. Work is within the Hawkes Bay area, and the majority of the work is during the day, so you are home each night. There is some night work available that if interested, we can discuss with you. We have jobs available for day work or night work, (or relief drivers- weekend work or backup) What we are looking for are good reliable staff with a great work attitude. You would need to be flexible with your working hours (To suit our customer’s cartage requirements) and be able to communicate well with our dispatchers, other staff and customers. Successful applicants must be drug free If you take pride in your work and you want to be part of a great team, then this may be the job for you!
